SHIPPING COST, SHIPPING METHOD AND DELIVERY TIME

Express shipping: EUR 16.00
You can choose between standard shipping and express shipping. For standard shipping, the flat shipping charge is EUR 5.90. Delivery takes place within one to three delivery days from the payment receipt.
For express shipping, the flat shipping charge is EUR 16.00. Delivery will take place on the next delivery day - provided the order was placed before 12:00 on the order day. Please note that all orders are only shipped between Monday and Friday.
If the deliverer cannot deliver the shipment to you, he will leave a notification card in your mailbox. The package is then ready for collection at your post office 7 working days.
Please note that the shipping will only take place on working days, no shipping shall take place on German public holidays and on Sundays.
Use our service of an alternative delivery address or have your order conveniently delivered to your workplace.
Please note that the order processing invoice and delivery address must be within the same country.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, we take over the customs clearance for you. Please note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items. Unfortunately, this also applies to gift items.
For each piece of jewellery, you will receive the matching jewellery box (depending on the piece of jewellery, a box or a satin bag). Please note that some of the jewellery can also be found separately in a transport-safe packaging (polybag) in the package.
After sending your order, you will receive an email from us with the link to the tracking (please check your spam folder too). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the event of delayed delivery or if the parcel has been delivered to a person unknown to you, according to the shipment tracking.
THE PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be sent back to us. The value of your parcel is automatically credited. If you still want to receive the item(s), please place a new order with a correct delivery address.
THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED AND / OR EMPTY OR INCOMPLETE
If you already find that this is damaged when you hand over the package, please do not accept the package, so the logistics partner can immediately initiate a damage report.
If the refusal of acceptance is not possible, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the package by e-mail at email@example.com or by telephone at +49 (0) 9122 – 18 87 127. Of course, we will gladly take over the damage report to our logistics partner for you. However, it is necessary that you send us a photo of the damaged packaging.
