From the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods, you can send back all items purchased in the ENGELSRUFER online shop within 14 days. To receive a return label, please contact our customer service. You have to bear the costs of the return if the value of the returned article is below 40 EUR.


Should you return items to us, we would appreciate if you adhere to the following procedure:

Please send back always complete articles in their original packing to us; This serves to protect the goods from damage during transportation on return.

The delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of testing - comparable to a fitting in a shop. In case of a deterioration of the goods through further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation for damages.


Please keep the shipping receipt for any further inquiries. We assume no liability for damage, loss and theft during transportation.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has arrived in our return department. Your return will usually be processed within 2-4 business days of receipt. The prerequisite for a refund is a revocation within the legal period of 14 days.

In the event of a partial return, we reserve the postage costs. In the case of a total return, the postage costs will also be refunded. The credit in the amount of the value of goods will be made after receipt of the goods on the payment method originally used for the purchase.

Refund PayPal
The refund will be made directly to your PayPal account. In your PayPal account you can choose whether the refunded amount should remain on your PayPal account or go back to your bank account.

Refund Credit Card
The refund will be charged back directly to your credit card. Please note that in some cases the refund may not be visible until the next credit card statement.

Klarna refund
If you are returning goods that you have paid for with Klarna, please log into your Klarna customer account and follow the instructions for returning goods. If you have any further questions, please contact Klarna directly.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation/return period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not required.

In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Excluded from the revocation are goods that have been made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer (such as engraved items). All engraved pieces of jewellery are for final sale and were engraved according to the customer's instructions. For errors, which are justified in an instruction or specification of the customer, ENGELSRUFER is not liable.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favourable standard delivery we offer to have to repay immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has been received by us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
